Translation:
Somewhere He was consulting with royal ministers like Uddhava, and somewhere else He was enjoying in the water, surrounded by many society girls and other young women.
Purport:
This translation is based on Srila Prabhupada’s Krsna. According to Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti, Lord Krsna met with His counselors around dusk and enjoyed water sports in the afternoon.
